'Buddy Wall' meeting place designed by year 5 members of the schools very successful Buddy System.
The children discussed how the painting could be made to fit in with its surroundings and create a welcoming and calm environment. |
The children used Mandala patterns as an inspiration. They looked at the effects different shapes and colours can have on the viewer.
We also looked at art by Andy Goldsworthy and other sculptors who use found objects in their natural environment. |
